Let me tell you something, mock up is great and even for me trained technician it is not clear, it might look long to you (since it is not covered by lip) It might be short and you will not realize it. For that is one trick which I do when I do diagnostic wax up I take upper model ,put the teeth on the table or glass or better on black note book and you can see anterior and posterior (back) teeth all should be touching. That should be pretty good indication that the length is good (you do not want short teeth) . After you and dentist decide you like  what you see, he will prep your teeth and do temporary bridge. It should look like your future restoration. IF IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE YOU WANT AT THAT STAGE TELL YOUR DENTIST I WOULD LIKE THEM LONGER,SHORTER,MORE PRONONCED ,OR TACKED IN. He  either will correct temporary and take impression of temps and send it to the lab and prescribe exact copy of temps,or he takes impression of temps and tell laboratory how he does not want it ,or wants it. This is crucial moment when you need to know what you want as far as length and bulk, if you want full big smile.Than you choose colour, Now everybody wants white white teeth. You might choose bleach shade it really does not look good, shade tab is good looking but real restoration comes bluish toilet white. If you want white teeth ask for A1 and ask for white modifier which technician incorporate under enamel, You will receive warm white teeth opposing cold bluish white

The best material is  E-max coping with E-max build up porcelain on the top of it.Less esthetic are pressed Emax veneer . It is pressed from one kind of material, so there is not natural look.

I would like to give some suggestions.                    Use plackers  (dental flossers) after every meal, especially if you eat meat,it get stuck in between teeth, since when we get older gums recedes and meat decays and makes recedinggumworse.                                                                                                                                      Clean your teeth with toot paste which has baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.   You can add baking soda on the paste ,it is more like mechanical cleaning.   I had  success with 3% hydrogen peroxide. I would advise you to mix it with water 50/50. Swoosh your mouth and between the teeth. I personally rinse my mouth and teeth with peroxide full strength.   You can use salty water also, salt is preserving ,and cleaning. If you have crowns and you think smell comes from them, make sure they are clean, there might be plague (white,yellowish substance) remove plague with fine instrument and than clean with peroxide or salty water.Most likely you will loose crowns since they are under influence of plague for some period of time. All that cleaning  has to be done at the beginning after every meal till all settles down. I never use mint or gum it has sugar in it, (bacteria forming plague love sugar, so again it makes it all worse). If you think you have bad breath ,and it comes from your stomach, then I would recommend drinking celery stack juice it is PH neutral so it neutralize acidic environment in your stomach and brings it to normal PH ,  Since it has chlorophyll  it has cleaning affect for the whole body thus for teeth also. (For that you will need juicer ,it might cast about $40.When I drink the juice  it elevate me to great peaceful feeling and good mood. When in the stomach is right PH value it eliminate unwanted odor. Plese let me know when you try it and how that work for you.

If you would bang into front anterior teeth then you would brake them,or by constant banging you gum would eventually deterirated and you would get paradontosis, and loose you teeth. Other teeth and cuspids are  protecting front teeth.I can see sometimes lovers are rotated or erupted and they would heavily bang on uppers, that would shorten anterior, so they would have to be shaved in order to achieve good aesthetics.Dentist would use wax up for temporary crowns. Then everything else is done by dentist and lab tecnician.
