Getting Started

Once you have made the decision to proceed with your dental work, you need to: 1) Contact Smiles for Less and obtain a pre-certification application on work to be completed. 2) Complete a Dental Assessment Form (Click Here). 3) Choose specific dates you wish to have an appointment(s). 4) Coordinate with Smiles For Less to schedule travel and room accommodations for your visit including passport arrangements - Currently driver's license and birth certificates with a raised seal are acceptable for entry into Mexico (after January 2009 a passport will be required). 5) Complete scheduling payment to Smiles For Less. 6) You will receive an Information Package which will advise you on what to bring along with your itinerary. 7) Meet with Smiles For Less Travel Consultant on the day of your arrival (who will travel then with you to your scheduled appointment). 8) Visit with the dentist (payment arrangements to be completed at the time of scheduled appointment and completed work) 9) We will assist you with the proper paperwork, dental molds, and x-rays needed to submit to your dental insurance provider.
